BMI is a widely accepted screening tool used to estimate body fat based on a person's height and weight, classifying health status.
BMI Categories:
- Under 18.5: Underweight.
- 18.5 to 24.9: Normal (Healthy Weight).
- 25.0 to 29.9: Overweight.
- 30.0 or Higher: Obese.
